Before every Big Monthly Dance, we offer an hour and a half Technique Clinic on changing topics. These popular clinics are designed for those who already know swing dance basics to work on and improve specific aspects of their dance-ability including musicality, leading and following, frame and connection, momentum and more.

The Swing Out is the core move in Lindy Hop and it takes some time to master. This Technique Clinic is designed to help you understand all the moving parts and put the swing in your swing out!
Whether you have just completed our beginner swing out series (Intro to 8-Count) or you have been dancing for years, working on this core move will up your game!
