July 28 @ 6:00 pm - 10:00 pm
DON’T MISS SUMMERTIME SWING AT THE SPIGELTENT!
A lesson, a show, a night of swing dancing to the best live music in a magical setting…
If you have never been to the Spiegeltent, you are in for a treat. If you have, then you know what we are talking about. This year we bring you the perennial favorite band EIGHT TO THE BAR!
Tickets are required and have always sold out, so buy your ticket early. Visit the link below for more information and tickets. This event is part of Bard Summerscape Spiegeltent Series.
The original Spiegeltents (“Tents of Mirrors”) were constructed in Flanders, Belgium in the late 19th century as mobile dance halls. They were transported around the country and assembled for town fairs in areas that did not have dance halls. Bard Summerscape has partnered with Got2Lindy for years to bring you Summertime Swing, the most exciting dance event of the year.
Event includes a swing dance lesson, performance by Chester’s Cool Cats & Kittens and an evening of dancing to the fabulous EIght to the Bar band in a magical setting.
