Before every Big Monthly Dance, we offer an hour and a half Technique Clinic on changing topics. These popular clinics are designed for those who already know swing dance basics to work on and improve specific aspects of their dance-ability including musicality, leading and following, frame and connection, momentum and more.

Let’s get moving! This joyful workshop is designed to let you find the music in your movements, and feel the music in your body. Everyone is welcome and no dance experience or partner is needed. This is not about learning steps but about unleashing your inner dancer and reconnecting to the music, others and your own natural rhythm. Be surprised. Be inspired. Be led. Be Followed. Connect.
Too often in dance class students get so engrossed in learning moves and steps, they actually forget about the music. This workshop is an opportunity to free yourself, reconnect with your inner dancer, and let the music move you. Surprise and delight yourself and you’ll be primed to dance forever.
